The air flow of the different equipments like Vibrating Screen, Belt conveyors, Crusher, Bucket Elevator etc is gauged as per ACGIH standard. Moreover, the duct velocities are decided in such a way that in any condition dust should not settle in the duct. Typical velocity in the duct is between 16 to 18 m/s. These systems are made by using data like Dust Type, Dust Particle size, Dust load, Belt conveyor size / Speed, Vibrating screen size, Crusher size / RPM and Bucket elevator size / Speed.
