Dust Extraction System

Our industrial dust extraction systems are designed as per american conference of government industrial hygienists (acgih) standard. The air flow of the different equipments like vibrating screen, belt conveyors, crusher, bucket elevator etc is gauged as per acgih standard. Moreover, the duct velocities are decided in such a way that in any condition dust should not settle in the duct. Typical velocity in the duct is between 16 to 18 m/s. These systems are made by using data like dust type, dust particle size, dust load, belt conveyor size / speed, vibrating screen size, crusher size / rpm and bucket elevator size / speed. It comprises of the following equipment: • bag filter • rotary air valve • centrifugal fan • conveying ducts • suction hoods • isolation dampers.
